The Owner

DunnCo was first started in 2012. The owner has lived in Cherokee County their whole life and has always been very involved with the community.

Here at DunnCo we strive and settle for nothing less than excellence! We specialize in a wide range of services such as grading, hauling, pouring concrete and asphalt for driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots, masonry work, custom built swimming pools, hardscapes and demolitions. Some of the hardscape services we offer include outdoor kitchens, patios, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, walkways and drainage issues. We also offer a full range of aggregate materials from M10s to Type 1 and landscaping materials., we also specialize in all your plumbing needs. We have provided our services to a range of both residential and commerical clients in the Metro Atlanta area working across diverse environments and they are consistently pleased with our adaptability to different situations: we’re always able to select the appropriate materials and finish the job with minimal disruption from day-to-day life. No matter how big or small the job we have the materials, equipment and manpower to get it done quickly, efficiently and affordably. We take pride in our employees who are experienced professionals. Our Warranty

DunnCo will complete all work in a timely manner with weather permitting. DunnCo will not be responsible for underground utilities or irrigation but will have a locate called in if needed. The client will be responsible for any additional charges that may arise from this.

DunnCo warrants that the work completed under the contract, and any change orders, shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications described in the estimate and that the project and each of its components will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of final payment. The provisions of this paragraph apply to work by subcontractors as well as to work done directly by DunnCo.

DunnCo will not be responsible for weather, acts of terrorism or negligence from others.
